BLOCK PARTY

This public art workshop celebrated Scotland’s Year of Innovation, Architecture & Design in a fun way with participants keen to try some hands-on activities.

Participants became architects for the day printing weird and wonderful imagined buildings and cityscapes using the humble Lego brick.

A multitude of ideas were quickly brought to life and transformed with bursts of colour when designing each imaginary urban area. Participants were encouraged to make a print of their own quirky creations and also contribute towards collaborative cityscapes which were built up over the whole day.
